After carefully considering the over 120 submissions, the judges have selected the Finalists of OpenCV Spatial AI Contest. These 50 exceptional teams are made up of over 100 developers, and come from countries around the world. Entries were submitted by teams coming from universities, research organizations, and even high schools.
Soon we’ll begin shipping OAK-D-LITE devices and LEGO e-gift cards to these winners, thanks to the support of OAK creators Luxonis and our sponsors at Intel and Microsoft Azure. Once these prizes arrive the teams will have 3 months to implement their projects in the Build Phase, starting January 1st and continuing to April with the big reveal of the winners coming on April 23rd.
Three Grand Prize winning teams will have the rare and wonderful opportunity to present their project on stage at Microsoft Build.
