OpenCV 4.1.2 have been released!
Release highlights
- Google Summer of Code (GSoC) projects integrated:
- Threading and SIMD optimizations in OpenCV.js
- Learning-based super-resolution module
- Improvements in dnn module:
- Added higher level API with automatic pre- and post-processing (part of GSoC project)
- Supported InferenceEngine backend from OpenVINO 2019R3
- Added SIMD support for MIPS platform via universal intrinsics mechanism
- More optimizations across the library: dotProd, FAST, HOG, Pyramid-LK, norm, warpPerspective, etc.
- Aruco: improved detection accuracy for white markers and added standalone pattern generator tool
- Improved accuracy of QR-code detection algorithm

Most of bugfixes and improvements have made their way to both 3.4 and master branches.
