OpenCV is not just Open Source Software, but also operated by the non-profit Open Source Vision Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the United States. There are several ways to support OpenCV by donating your time or your money. Especially as a small organization we genuinely appreciate every bit of support, no matter how big or small, and we thank you for your consideration.
NEW- Matching Donations with Benevity
OpenCV is listed on the Benevity Causes Portal. If you work for a larger company, your organization may support matching your individual donation to OpenCV. Ask your manager about this program, and if your company participates.
Individual Donations
Individuals and organizations who benefit from OpenCV are encouraged to show their support with a direct donation, either as a one-time donation or recurring donations. We currently accept donations via Stripe (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) and PayPal.
Become A Member Organization
OpenCV has three levels of sponsorship for organizations: Bronze ($6,000/year) which is great for startups who wants to give back, Silver ($30,000/year) which we recommend for established companies and Gold ($100,000/year) for larger, mature, organizations. These organizations can receive perks such as mentions in the OpenCV Newsletter (200,000 subscribers across email and LinkedIn), appearances on OpenCV Live streams (200 peak live viewers every Thursday), social media boosts and more depending on the level of financial support.
